Exercise Spotlight

Step-up to 2-arm press - shoulders and legs:

Step 1.
Stand in front of a 6"-18" bench with feet shoulder-width apart & dumbbells in both hands at shoulder-level.
Step 2.
Place one foot onto bench & step up straight, while pressing dumbells overhead until arms are fully extended.
Step 3.
Slowly return dumbbells back to shoulder-level & step back down off of bench.
